The postage was prompt and communication was excellent. The order arrived within a week and the included scoop looks great. The bag did have some moisture in it but it didn't appear that any had leaked . I have frozen them and intent to give them their first use this weekend. I would recommend to family and friends.

They seem robust and good quality It took a while to freeze down 30 kg but now sorted The plan is to always have 15/20 kg in the freezer on my 45 footer Use it in the fish bin clean it and leave it in the freezer again. No more $30 worth of ice each trip again

They seem as advertised. A lot of them have these little knobs on them from production. You can see one is cleanly cut as shown in pictures on the website but others have knobs on them. Some are a bit sharp. Can these be cut off in any way that’s recommended?
I sent many emails advising that the product did not keep drinks cool for anymore than about 2 hours. I was told I had to return the products at my expense! And with almost 12 kilos of product this would have been very expense. I was advised that if the product was found to be faulty then you may look at a refund for the purchase cost and the return of the product. I found this unacceptable. I then checked all of the product individually and found that 1 of the cubes had spit open and leaked. I also found, as you can see from the attached photos that across the 3 bags they were 700 grams short of the advertised weight. I emailed again with this advise and asked that you reconsider the refund of what was now proven to be faulty, not to mention underweight. I received no reply I was excited to try this product but was terribly disappointed not only by the product but even more disappointed with your service

Perfect for using as ice in my wine (Red & White), without watering it down. I purchase 3 bags - filled my ice container in freezer for drinks & 2½ Bags for chilling the Esky. Went to Torquoise Bay all day yesterday, 35⁰... kept our drinks & food chilled all day and easy emptying & cleaning esky on return home. Another #1 purchase.
We dont use ice anymore! No need to fuss with the ice trays, we have our ALWAYS READY ice cubes. Best idea... whybi didnt have this before now who knows. 5 stars!!

Blocks are awesome. Delivery poor. Seemed like the package was opened and the bags on the inside Don’t know if any blocks are missing but I bet there are some in the delivery van
